Vivo is getting ready to launch the Vivo V80 in Pakistan. The phone has already appeared on vivo Pakistan’s official pre-launch page, and several Pakistani tech sites report that the local launch is expected in November 2026. The V80 is not a small update. It brings a much bigger battery, a faster display and a ZEISS camera system that puts photography at the centre of the phone.

This is the standard Vivo V80, not the Vivo V80 Lite 5G. The Lite is a different, cheaper model with a different chip and a smaller battery, and it already has its own article on this site. The V80 is the full model that launched in India on 6 October 2026 and then rolled out to other markets around the world.

One thing must be said clearly from the start: vivo has not announced the price of the Vivo V80 in Pakistan yet, and it has not given an exact launch date either. This article only covers what vivo and reliable sources have confirmed so far, and it clearly marks everything else as expected or unconfirmed.

Vivo V80 Launch in Pakistan

Vivo Pakistan opened a pre-launch page for the V80 (vivo.com/pk/activity/v80-launch) in early November 2026. The page shows the phone in its three colours and lists its main features: the 7,200mAh battery, the 50MP ZEISS cameras and the 144Hz display. A pre-launch page like this usually means the official launch is only weeks away.

Pakistani tech news sites, including WhatMobile and NetMag, report that the launch is expected in November 2026. Neither vivo nor any of these sources has given an exact date, so buyers should wait for vivo’s official announcement. Vivo is promoting the phone in Pakistan with its “Capture Your Rise” campaign, and singer Atif Aslam has returned as the brand ambassador for the V80.

The phone has already launched in India, where it went on sale on 13 October 2026, and vivo announced it for other markets, including Southeast Asia and the Middle East, on 17 October 2026. Pakistan is now next in line.

Expected Price in Pakistan

Vivo has not announced the official price of the Vivo V80 in Pakistan. There is no price on vivo Pakistan’s pre-launch page and no price on vivo’s official Pakistan store. Any price you see online right now is an unofficial estimate, not the real price.

WhatMobile, which first reported the Pakistan launch, estimates the phone will possibly cost between Rs. 214,999 and Rs. 219,999. That is only an estimate from one news site, and other Pakistani price listings quote very different figures, some as low as Rs. 184,999. Because these estimates disagree so much, none of them can be trusted as the real price.

WhatMobile also reports that vivo will not bring the base 128GB version to Pakistan. Only the 256GB and 512GB versions are expected here, which would push the price higher than the cheapest global version. In India the V80 starts at INR 62,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, INR 69,999 for 256GB and INR 79,999 for 512GB, but Indian prices cannot be converted into a Pakistan price, so they only show how the three versions are priced against each other.

The real price will only be known when vivo announces it at the Pakistan launch. This article will be updated when that happens.

Design and Display

The Vivo V80 is built around a one-piece cold-carved glass body with a floating camera module on the back. It is about 7.7mm thick and weighs around 203g, which is slim for a phone with such a large battery. It comes in three colours: Rise Orange, which is the hero colour in vivo’s campaign, Vision Green and Prime Gray.

The display is a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. That is a step up from the 120Hz screen on the Vivo V70. Vivo says the screen reaches up to 5,000 nits of local peak brightness, so it should stay readable in bright sunlight, and it supports HDR10+ and 4320Hz PWM dimming. The bezels are only 1.25mm thin, and the screen can dim down to 1 nit at night for comfortable use in the dark.

The phone is rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance, according to GSMArena and WhatMobile, and it has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader. Note that the IP rating does not appear in the text of vivo Pakistan’s pre-launch page that we checked, so it is reported here from those two sources.

Cameras

The camera system is the biggest reason to notice the V80. It is a ZEISS co-engineered triple camera setup on the back, plus a high-resolution front camera:

  • 50MP main camera: Sony LYTIA 700V sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS).
  • 50MP ZEISS super telephoto camera: Sony IMX882 sensor with 3x optical zoom, OIS and autofocus, with up to 100x digital zoom.
  • 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide camera: for wide landscapes and group photos.
  • 50MP front camera: with autofocus and a 92-degree wide field of view.

Vivo highlights two portrait focal lengths in particular: a 100mm close-up portrait and an 85mm portrait, both with ZEISS bokeh. The phone can record 4K video at 60fps, and the front camera also supports 4K recording. There are also AI camera features, including AI lighting effects and a “Capture to note” tool that turns photos of notes or whiteboards into editable documents.

Battery and Performance

The battery is the V80’s biggest upgrade over the V70. The capacity has grown from 6,500mAh to a 7,200mAh BlueVolt battery (7,015mAh rated capacity). Vivo says it can give around 12 hours of navigation and 39.5 hours of local video playback in its lab tests. Charging is 90W FlashCharge, which vivo says can take the battery to 50% in about 30 minutes.

Performance is the one area where the V80 does not move forward. The global model uses the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip (4nm) as the Vivo V70, paired with 8GB of RAM. Vivo has used the same chip across three V-series generations now. The global model comes in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage versions. However, vivo Pakistan’s pre-launch page has not confirmed the local chip, RAM or storage yet, so those details are expected from the global model and still need official confirmation for Pakistan.

The phone runs Android 17 with vivo’s OriginOS 7 on top. Vivo promises four major Android updates and six years of security updates. Other features include stereo speakers, NFC, eSIM support, Bluetooth 5.4 and an IR blaster, according to GSMArena.

What We Still Don’t Know

A lot is already clear about the V80, but the most important details for buyers are still missing:

  • The exact launch date. Only the month, November 2026, is expected. Vivo has not confirmed a day.
  • The official price. No price has been announced. Unofficial estimates range widely and disagree with each other.
  • The Pakistan variants. WhatMobile reports only 256GB and 512GB versions for Pakistan, with no 128GB model, but vivo has not confirmed this itself.
  • Warranty and availability details. These will come with the official launch announcement.

Until vivo makes its announcement, treat every price and date you see online as an estimate, not a fact.

The Vivo V80 is expected to launch in Pakistan in November 2026. Vivo has not confirmed an exact date yet.

What is the price of the Vivo V80 in Pakistan?
Vivo has not announced the price yet. WhatMobile estimates it may cost between Rs. 214,999 and Rs. 219,999, but that is an unofficial estimate, not the official price. Other listings quote different figures, so the real price is still unknown.

What is the battery capacity of the Vivo V80?
The phone has a 7,200mAh BlueVolt battery with 90W FlashCharge, which can charge it to about 50% in 30 minutes.

Does the Vivo V80 have a ZEISS camera?
Yes. It has a ZEISS triple camera system: a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide camera, plus a 50MP front camera.

Which processor powers the Vivo V80?
The global model uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip with 8GB of RAM. Vivo Pakistan has not yet confirmed the local chip and RAM.

Is the Vivo V80 the same as the Vivo V80 Lite 5G?
No. They are different phones. The V80 Lite 5G is a cheaper model with a Dimensity chip and a 7,050mAh battery, while the standard V80 has the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, a 7,200mAh battery and the ZEISS camera system.

Conclusion

The Vivo V80 looks like a strong camera and battery phone for Pakistan. The 7,200mAh battery is a real upgrade over the V70, the 144Hz AMOLED display is brighter and smoother, and the 50MP ZEISS camera system with 3x optical zoom is the best in this series so far. The main weakness is that performance has not improved, since it uses the same Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip as the V70.

The phone is expected in November 2026, but the exact date and the price are still unknown. Buyers should wait for vivo’s official launch announcement before making a decision, and should not trust any price quoted online until vivo confirms it.
